Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide dining and table service to our senior residents. Come join our unique restaurant-like atmosphere with better hours than your typical food service job. This position is paid an hourly wage rather than tips. Our servers and staff are personable and friendly individuals who have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be comfortable speaking with residents about menu items and ensuring they understand the options available. Keep in mind that this position will require working in shifts and during weekends and holidays.
Hourly pay $12.25 - $14.00 dependent upon role and previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all areas of meal preparation, serving, and cleanup
- Maintain the flow of service from the kitchen to the dining room to ensure all residents receive their preferences in both food and beverages timely
- Keep the dining room clean and service ready at all times
- Set up tables and beverage station
- Deliver meals to resident rooms as needed
- Collect and wash dishes and utensils from tables and store properly
- Provide necessary assistance to the Dining Services Manager
- Follow all relevant health department regulations

Description
We are looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team and make our community's surroundings beautiful. Our Groundskeeper will have many tools at their disposal for optimal maintenance. They should be able to keep up the appearance of our outdoor areas by keeping lawns manicured, hedges trimmed, and pathways clear of debris. The Groundskeeper’s responsibilities include maintaining site landscaping; fertilizing lawns, trees, and shrubs. They also trim hedges or bushes to keep them looking neat throughout the year. Ultimately, you will work outside independently to ensure our outdoor areas maintain a professional appearance for guests and employees to enjoy.
$15 - $16 hourly wage
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day, adjusted as needed based on daylight, temperatures, etc.
Responsibilities
- Inspects and maintains grounds on a daily basis
- Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions
- Weatherproof areas, cover outdoor furniture with tarps, tie down unsecured items
- Ensures that sprinklers are in working order and scheduled appropriately
- Manages and performs snow and ice removal duties for walkways and entrances throughout the grounds
- Maintain gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching, and applying pesticides
- Manages other safety measures such as the use of ice/snow-melting chemicals, and clearing roads and parking areas
- Operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment
- Recommends repairs to outside furniture, fences, and signs, as necessary
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Groundskeeper or similar role
- Familiarity with sprinkler systems and other landscaping equipment

University Village Retirement Community is looking to hire an experienced and energetic Administrator for our Assisted Living community. The Administrator is accountable for the overall supervision of the Assisted Living department.
Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Requirements
- Oversee all operations at the Assisted Living facility
- Interact with residents and families to build relationships
- Oversee management of all staff, including recruiting, training, discipline, and coaching
- Responsible for details of operations, including regulatory compliance, scheduling, activities, etc.
- Report to the Executive Director with assigned reporting metrics
- Work with the Sales and Marketing team to reach 100% occupancy
- Develop and maintain a budget, ensuring the AL facility operates within the budget
- Hold meetings with staff, residents, and resident families
- On call 24 hours a day for overall AL facility operations
- Work weekends and holidays on-call rotation
- Ensure appropriate staff coverage on weekends and holidays
- RCAL or NHA licensed Administrator, Oklahoma or transferable to Oklahoma
- Must have obtained a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 3 or more years' previous management experience in the long-term care industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer and Microsoft Office experience with the ability to create reports and analyze operational issues
- A desire to work with senior adults
- Ability to develop employees and clinical leadership
- Ability to solve complex operational and people problems
- Must be available after regular working hours and work weekends and holidays as necessary
