Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide dining and table service to our senior residents. Come join our unique restaurant-like atmosphere with better hours than your typical food service job. This position is paid an hourly wage rather than tips. Our servers and staff are personable and friendly individuals who have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be comfortable speaking with residents about menu items and ensuring they understand the options available. Keep in mind that this position will require working in shifts and during weekends and holidays.
Hourly pay $12.25 - $14.00 dependent upon role and previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all areas of meal preparation, serving, and cleanup
- Maintain the flow of service from the kitchen to the dining room to ensure all residents receive their preferences in both food and beverages timely
- Keep the dining room clean and service ready at all times
- Set up tables and beverage station
- Deliver meals to resident rooms as needed
- Collect and wash dishes and utensils from tables and store properly
- Provide necessary assistance to the Dining Services Manager
- Follow all relevant health department regulations

Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse to care for our long-term care or skilled residents in the Health Center. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. Compassion, composure, and dependability are a must. You will also be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote residents' well-being, which is achieved by providing high-quality nursing care and fostering a respectful and supportive environment among clinical staff.
Shift Details
Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, 2pm-10pm
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care
- Perform routine procedures and maintain accurate records
- Provides resident activity of daily living (ADL) support as needed.
- Administer residents' medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)
- Supervise and train nursing assistants
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
- Conducts investigations of resident incidents/accidents, and provides immediate interventions as needed.
- Responds to life-saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Notifies supervisor of change in condition when warranted.
- Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences, etc.
- Maintains compliance with all personnel policies, established community policies and procedures, and Federal and State regulations and standards, including but not limited to HIPAA privacy and confidentiality laws. Understands and implements the Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Plan and evacuation procedures of the community during drills and actual emergencies.
Requirements

Responsibilities

- Care for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. This includes supervising and coordinating the staff, managing inventory, ordering food and supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service for our residents.
Pay Range: $15.00 - 17.00 / hourly
Schedule Details: Monday-Tuesday, 6am - 2:30pm / Friday, 10am - 6:30pm / Saturday-Sunday, 11am - 7:30pm
Off one weekend per month
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff
- Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide support and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory and order food and supplies as needed

Description
University Village is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the good condition and functionality of our premises. Your duties will include performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, basic electrical work, plumbing repairs, and HVAC maintenance. The ideal candidate for this role is a professional with strong attention to detail and a practical mindset. You should have the ability to work independently while adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Your goal will be to maintain our buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
$17 - $21 hourly wage, commensurate with experience
- Perform general maintenance of electrical systems
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, drywall, painting, etc.)
- Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and other systems
