FOR HEALTH CENTER RESIDENTS ONLY:
We are arranging a way for families (max of 2 people, no one under the age of 18) to visit with your loved one in our Health Center Activity Room. We can accommodate 2 residents at a time on Christmas Day December 25th at: 11:30am, 12:15pm, 1:00pm, 1:45pm, 2:30pm, OR 3:15pm. The time slots are for 30 minutes (click buttons below for availability). This gives us 15 minutes to sanitize between visits. Families can enter the Activity Room door located between parking lot 1 & 2 on the north side of the building (CLICK HERE FOR MAP), while residents will enter through the Health Center. We ask that you be on time since another family will arrive to visit their resident 15 minutes after your time slot. The room monitor will be able to hand any items to the resident for you. You are required to wear a mask for your visit.
You are encouraged to check availability for SLOT 1 & SLOT 2 before you book, and be sure to add your loved one’s name in the notes section. Health Center staff will have the daily schedule and will help your loved one get to their visit on time. Only one time slot per resident is allowed.
