Free rides to essential workers during winter storm

Jeep owners will be giving free rides to essential workers during the winter storm this weekend.

They’re part of Jeepers Anonymous, a nonprofit for people with Jeeps who want to help others.

How does it work?

They’re willing to pick up people who work in healthcare, hospice workers, and people who work in nursing homes. That includes cooks and janitors.

Call the number of the city you’re in, and someone will get you from your house and take you to work.

Drivers will do their best to get people to work on time, but they can’t guarantee people will make it to work on time.

Where are drivers picking people up?

They’ll be available in North and South Tulsa, Bixby, Glenpool, Jenks, Catoosa, Owasso, and the Broken Arrow area. There are some drivers in Skiatook and Pryor that someone can connect you with.

What are the contacts?

Tulsa North of I-44: (918) 358-6059
