Direct Deposit Security Process

To improve security, our Business Office will now call you to verify any changes made to your payroll direct deposit. You will be asked to confirm the change and provide the last four digits of your new account number. This step prevents fraud and ensures your pay reaches you without delay.

Why we’re making this change:

  • Fraud Prevention: Provides a secondary “human” check to ensure the request is legitimate.
  • Error Reduction: Minimizes the risk of clerical errors that lead to returned funds.
  • Timely Pay: Reduces the likelihood of payroll delays caused by account discrepancies.
