What’s cooking in the UV kitchen? Well, whatever is on the menu, it’s sure to be healthy and delicious … Thanks to our Employee of the Month, Khoi Thuong, Lead Chef in Dining Services. Chef Khoi has been with UV for 21 years. The nominations for him came in with gastronomic proportions! Residents and staff members say Khoi is diligent at his job, helps his kitchen co-workers as much as possible and always goes that extra step to make sure the food is well prepared and tasty. He is recognized for being a hard worker, always happy and sweating over a hot stove without complaining. Khoi is the HEART of the UV kitchen.
