Jon, our maintenance mechanic, has been with UV for more than three years. He is a real “team player” and goes out of his way to assist his department by training colleagues and helping them to succeed. Jon also extends his personal service to residents in matters of hanging pictures, organizing books, working on computers and television service. In fact, a new UV resident stated that Jon’s “personal service and help in establishing us in our new home was accurate, complete and with a smile. Very seldom do we receive such quality help in time of need.” What’s more, Jon has received praise from staff members for answering maintenance requests even when he is super busy! He continuously shows the highest level of respect to co-workers and residents. Way to go!
