Housekeeping Supervisor, Rosa Lopez, has really improved the processes in her department. Plus, she is well liked by residents and staff. When presented with a challenge, she utilizes her resources and looks for solutions with a “can do” attitude. She is a supervisor who will not hesitate to help her team out when needed, and often makes daily rounds checking on resident satisfaction on services provided by her staff. Rosa makes customer service a priority. University Village is blessed to have Rosa leading the housekeeping and laundry team! Rosa has been with UV for over 1 year, loves her work here and loves spending time with her grandchild.
