Patricia “Trish” Pate was been with University Village since August 2006 and is a tremendous blessing to the Maintenance team, the residents, and employees at UV. Trish is patient, cheerful, positive, helpful, and always has a smile on her face. The phone calls that Trish receives are typically when something is wrong, but she analyzes the issue, dispatches the correct individual to address the concern, and does so efficiently and with a pleasant tone. Trish enjoys crafts of different types such as wood burning, ceramics, painting, crocheting, and sewing. Trish also enjoys sports like Football, Golf Baseball, Nascar, and Sprint Car Racing.
