Una Jo Teter is a caring, engaging person with a zest for life. Her family means everything to her. Una shares, “It had been a grand and happy life with Philip, my husband of almost 65 years before his passing in 2012. We raised two wonderful sons who are both married; they had good taste in women. Their wives are wonderful and we have the joy of 2 grandchildren. My husband and I had the opportunity to travel worldwide. We were Tour Directors with a Travel Club out of OKC where we planned day/week(s) trips, traveling coast to coast, North & South all throughout the globe. Philip and I were involved with the boy and girl scouts as trainers for leaders for 45 years and continue to support them to this day. The joy of life continues to expand as I meet new and interesting people since moving to University Village. Many people have come back into my life here. Folks from my scouting days, church friends, some of my interest groups live here too. This makes it so special! I look forward to the activities such as concerts, movies, mini presentations, book reviews, chair dancing, bingo and so much more. I like it all.” We are honored that Una Jo made University Village her home!
