Mickey is a warm and friendly employee and is loved by the residents. She has great rapport with the residents and really encourages them to participate in activities. She will also assist in getting them to the activity (picking them up and bringing them back). Since she has been at UV, the activity attendance has increased tremendously. The residents have expressed what a good time they have with her and her dog, Mazie Mae. She brightens our day with her warm smile and is an excellent Life Enrichment Coordinator.
