Social interaction is a top priority at University Village. We always tell our residents, “You can be as busy as you want to be” because we have a lot on our social calendar. We have multiple gatherings throughout the week such as movies, games, such as domino’s, Wii bowling, Canasta, Farkle, Rummikub, and bridge. Also, musical entertainment, bingo, bible study, exercise classes, men’s and women’s groups, church service, art class and line dancing. We strive to offer a variety of options for our residents to have some fun and make connections with their neighbors and friends. Recently, we had a Fall Carnival where residents enjoyed games, Oktoberfest themed foods, and even participated in the chicken dance. One thing is for sure, our residents are never bored!
