If you enjoy meals in the UV main dining room, then you’ve probably enjoyed a smile from Kena Thurston. This energetic young lady has been employed with our dining services for more than three years. Kena’s nomination stated that she always appears happy and willing to help residents. Plus a special shout-out: “she’s the best!” Kena is a full time staff member who also is a full time student at OSU, studying law. What’s more, she has perfect attendance for the year! Kena says she is very surprised and honored to be recognized as our October Employee of the Month. We are happy and honored to have her here!
