Sharon has been with UV for one year as a CNA in the Health Center and was recently promoted to be their Restorative Aide where she directly assists the residents. Her nominations stated that Sharon takes great pride in her work and when she’s asked to do something “extra,” she does so with a great attitude and a smile! She has embraced her new opportunity as a Restorative Aide stating “I’m going to be good at this position”. And she is! Sharon says UV is a “great place to work, with lots of great residents and staff.” She certainly is an impressive example of someone who goes above and beyond her daily duties.
