November 18th – November 27th in ADP
Mandatory Meeting for those who wish to enroll:
Monday, November 18th at 10:00 am, 2:30 pm, or 7:30 pm in the Stovall Theater
University Village Staff,
Open Enrollment is upon us and the ADP Benefits Enrollment Portal will open on November 18th and close at midnight on November 27th. This is your annual opportunity to review your benefits options, learn about changes, and make your 2025 elections. Benefits can only be elected or changed during the open enrollment dates unless you have a qualifying change in status during 2025.
Open Enrollment Meetings are scheduled for Monday, November 18th at 10:00 am, 2:30 pm, in the Stovall Theater, or 7:30 pm in the Staff Development Room (adjacent to the Main Dining entrance). Please plan to attend one of these information sessions if you wish to enroll for the upcoming year. This is your opportunity to learn more about our offerings and speak with representatives from our vendors. Additionally, we will provide an overview of enrollment through ADP.
**Please bring the device on which you access ADP and ensure you can access your account before the meeting.** The HR team will not have time to troubleshoot login issues during these meetings!
NEW THIS YEAR: ADP offers individualized enrollment guidance through Nayya Choose, an AI survey that will as a series of questions and make suggestions based on your answers. Please know that the information submitted remains confidential and is not otherwise retained, shared, or communicated beyond the survey tool.
Please make it a priority to enroll as early as possible so there is adequate time to answer any questions you have or address any technical issues you may encounter.
If you would like to schedule a one-on-one meeting with Human Resources please email hr@uvrc.com or call 918-298-3488 to schedule a time.
What’s new for 2025:
Most of our offerings will remain the same with a slight change in our medical plan offerings.
Over the last several years, the cost of medical insurance premiums has increased significantly. To help keep costs affordable for our staff, and even lower costs for some participants, University Village will move away from the “Select” and “Standard” network options and join the ONE Network. Participants should see no impact on their current network providers but please ensure, before visiting a new practitioner outside of the major local hospital networks, that they will accept insurance under the ONE Network as this is a brand new offering from Community Care of OK.
As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out should you have questions!
