Wii Bowling has become an exciting activity for our residents at University Village. We started back in 2012 with 8 people, grew to 12 and currently running 30 – 35 bowlers. Since joining the Tulsa Retirement Community Wii Bowling League the UV Okies were underdogs; until Cecelia Basarich joined our team. Cecelia brought skills from her background in coaching young people in pool and other games to coaching the UV Okies. That was a game changer for us because everyone’s scores have improved. We are excited to announce UV Okies have WON the 2018 City League Championship! We encourage anyone new and old residents to come join us for Summer Open Bowling. No experience necessary just come meet new friends, enjoy refreshments and have fun!
