Our Cottage Concierge, Debbie Arnold, is dedicated to her work with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude. She is constant in taking care of our Cottage residents with heartfelt attention. In the brief time that Debbie has been on the Resident Services staff to serve our independent population, she has brought a wealth of activities to the Club House. She makes sure the Club House is bright and welcoming … and the fun never stops! Residents have enjoyed Avon demonstrations, jewelry sales, arts & crafts, movies, holiday decorating, pot lucks, off-campus outings … the list goes on! Just take a look at the “Cottage Corner” in the Villager!
Debbie meets every resident with a smile, accommodates individual needs, offers transportation to activities, accepts new ideas, and is a terrific cook! She even takes minutes of the Village News meetings to distribute to the cottagers.
“Wow!” stated Debbie when she found out she was our Employee of the Month. “I am so grateful. I just feel so blessed to have a job that I love coming to every day. The residents are always so grateful and my coworkers are simply THE BEST. I can never say enough positive things about this community. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
