Kimberly has a wonderful attitude, is always cheerful, and ready to help residents and staff as needed. Recently the housekeeping coordinator was out unexpectedly, and Kimberly stepped up to make sure that her coworkers were covering for those who were also out, and making sure that deep cleans were addressed. She picked up a lot of the slack herself, and with the help of her wonderful colleagues, they stayed on top of all of the daily work, which is so important to our community. Kimberly has been at UV for over a year and we are so thankful for her!
