Everyone can see, Nashanda really cares for her residents! And University Village is grateful for her heart and hard work in our Health Center. Over the past year, Nashanda has been assisting folks with meals, grooming, keeping rooms neat, transporting to activities and engaging residents with what’s happening within the community. Her attendance in the HC is excellent, and she never hesitates to help out on other shifts when necessary. Dependable and flexible, Nashanda has a great rapport with residents, families and staff members. She’s a real “team-player” with a radiant smile! When Nashanda was told she was chosen as the employee of the month, she was shocked, happy, and then just continued helping her residents! She truly feels like her CNA position is her calling. Her next goal is to become a nurse. Congratulations on a job well done!
