Well, better late than never! For all of you participating in “The Biggest Loser” contest (and anyone else), we now have a “Healthy Recipe” book up at the front desk. You may make copies from the recipes if you find any that you want to try. Also, if you have a favorite healthy recipe, please make a copy and add it to the book.
Don’t forget that you can go and check your weight to see your progress anytime there is not an activity going on in the Wellness studio.
We still have 6 weeks left in the competition. Final weigh in for weekday staff is Friday, April 16 and the final weigh in day for weekend staff is Sunday, April 18.
