After serving on the board for the Resident Advisory Committee for 12 months, Bill begins his new position as 2016 RAC Chairperson on June 1.
Bill and his wife Patty were highschool sweethearts in Springfield, Missouri and have been married since 1952. They later moved to Tulsa where Bill earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degrees at The University of Tulsa. Bill and Patty have lived in their cottage here at University Village for 3 years and are regularly involved in many activities. When Bill has free time he enjoys playing bridge, reading (particularly the Wall Street Journal), and dining out.
As far as his duties as RAC Chairperson, Bill plans to focus on encouraging residents to become involved by submitting both comments and suggestions that they would like for the board to consider. He feels that resident participation in this process is very important, and he is looking forward to promoting this in his new position.
