Employee Flu Clinic: Friday, October 8th 9am-12pm in the Theater
If you are insured through the UV group insurance plan, SoonerCare, or another provider, you may attend the Flu Clinic this Friday. If you are unable to make it on Friday, you may visit any Walgreen’s with a copy of your Community Care insurance card. Please be sure to retain and submit documentation of your vaccination as we are required to report this data.
For all employees who are without insurance, we will administer vaccines in-house. Dates and times will be announced in the coming week.
For those insured through our group plan, all you need to do is show up!
