During periods of urgent staffing needs, employees who elect to pick up additional shifts may be eligible for a $40 shift bonus. This equates to an extra $5 per hour! Employees must work all scheduled hours within the designated shift in order to be eligible for the bonus.
In order to qualify for the shift bonus, the Employee must work the full shift. Full shift is defined by timely arrival and departure no earlier than the shift times listed below with an unpaid break of no more than 30 minutes for a total of 8 hours worked.
DAY SHIFT: 5:45am – 2:15pm
EVENING SHIFT: 1:45pm – 10:15pm
OVERNIGHT SHIFT: 9:45pm – 6:15am
