At this month’s Mission Meeting, we viewed a few videos, the first about Mental Toughness and what it means to be mentally strong, and the other about the power of positive thinking, or “framing” of positive thoughts.

In addition to mental strength, we took a deep dive into a well-known coffee house and its customer service expectations. We took a look at their playbook and discussed how we can apply some of the same standards in our community to take our customer service to the next level.
We have a lot to be proud of at University Village with committed staff dedicated to providing great service for our residents. One of the most important aspects of success is a commitment to be better, even when things are already great. Take a step back and reflect, always, and over and over again.
