Team UV,

Thank you for everything you do to keep our residents and your coworkers safe and healthy. Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is an important step to prevent getting sick with COVID-19 disease. We care about your health; you are on the front lines and risk being exposed to COVID-19 each day on the job. Getting vaccinated now will help protect you and the residents you care for and who are at risk for severe illness from COVID-19. This is also an opportunity for you to serve as a role model in our community. By getting vaccinated first, you can positively influence vaccination decisions of coworkers, residents, friends, and family.

Please know that we respect your individual decision. COVID-19 vaccines are an important tool to help stop the pandemic, something we can all agree is important. Vaccines saves lives, not only the lives of your residents but also your loved ones. Our goal is to ensure you are fully informed on all aspects of vaccination, both the benefits and the potential side effects, and that the vaccine is easily accessible to you. If you have additional questions or would like to be vaccinated, please see Janet, Wynter, or Vanessa.
