Body Balance – Improve balance and coordination in 20 minutes, with exercises that are bound to make you giggle! Two classes offered.
Silver Shufflers – The timeless game of shuffleboard with good friends and good music.
Rockin’ Robics – Work out to Motown classics and get your heart pumping.
