Free Wellness Classes Offered to University Village Residents

Early Birds – 30 minute classes to start your day. Fun and functional fitness to stretch, build and move your muscles.

Tai Chi – Relaxed movements combine aerobics, flexibility, balance and meditation.

Life Exercise 1 & 2: Living In Full Effectiveness – 45 minute class done in a chair! Lessen joint pain, stiffness and swelling, plus increase strength and range of motion.

Bold Moves PD – 45 minute class aimed at improving activities of daily living and regaining losses due to Parkinson’s Disease.

Body Balance – Improve balance and coordination in 20 minutes, with exercises that are bound to make you giggle! Two classes offered.

Silver Shufflers – The timeless game of shuffleboard with good friends and good music.

Rockin’ Robics – Work out to Motown classics and get your heart pumping.
