We wanted to let everyone know that we will be holding a Medical Plan ONLY Open Enrollment during the week of June 1st. This is because we will be transitioning back to the CCOK medical plan for the remainder of the current plan year and continuing into 2027.
There will be no change to employee premium costs. For employees who were previously enrolled in the CCOK plan, the coverage will be the same as before.
This Open Enrollment period will also provide an opportunity for employees who may have missed enrollment for the 2026 plan year to enroll in coverage. Likewise, employees currently enrolled who wish to discontinue coverage will have the opportunity to do so during this enrollment window.
The new coverage will become effective on 07/01.
Meetings will be held in the Staff Development Room on the following days/times:
Monday, June 1st at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
Tuesday, June 2nd at 2:00 pm or 7:00 pm
Saturday, June 6th at 2:00 pm
